Target / .These General Conditions of Sale apply to all services that appear on the website of the company Tho'Amma - Wellness Workshops: www.ateliers-bienetre.com, that is:

2. Deep Tissue massage of your choice (duration of the session: 1h to 60 €, 1h30 to 90 € and 2h to 120 €)
3. Yoga and Do-in private lessons (duration of the session: 1h15 to 35 €) group lessons 10 € / pers.
4. Yoga and Amma massage session 1h30: 70 € or Do-in and Amma massage, session 1h00 price: 60 €)
5. 5x massage package Amma sitting 30 min (150 €), 10x Amma massage 30min, (270 €)
6. Package 5x massages Deep tissue 275 € validity 6 months, 10x deep tissue massage 500 €, validity 1 year from the date of purchase.
Travel: to make a service in Greater Greater Paris, charged at € 5, Montpellier, € 15 excluding department 34, in Occitan region € 30.

The services are carried out either at the office located at 4 rue cavée 34290 Servian, or at the Customer's place of residence, in the company or at the place of an event.
The Amma Sitting massage and Deep Tissue massage proposed here, although having recognized and lasting virtues, are non-therapeutic benefits of well-being and relaxation.
Taking into account the law of 30.04.1946, decree 60669 of article l.489 and the decree of 8.10.1996, we remind our customers that all our services are part of the well being and the prevention and do not in any way constitute medical care or physiotherapy, but that we practice techniques of well-being through physical relaxation and stress-relieving relaxation.

• Cancellation by the Service Provider: if the Service Provider is exceptionally obliged to cancel the service, the initially reserved service will be staggered. The Customer is free to accept the postponement of the date for the service or services that were ordered.

• The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• An invoice will be sent to the Customer.
• Upon receipt of payment, the gift certificate will be sent by post to the address indicated at the time of the order or by email at the customer's choice. Delivery times are 1 to 3 working days.
• Right of withdrawal: the Customer is entitled to a withdrawal period of 15 calendar days (from the day of purchase of the gift certificate). To give rise to a refund, the customer must contact the company Ateliers bien être and indicate the order number or the number of the invoice or the number of the gift certificate.
• It is possible to pay the packages in 3 times, 6x times or 10x times without fees depending on the chosen formula. • Rates quoted are in Euros inclusive of VAT
• The services offered are Shiatsu / Amma Assis sessions. The duration of the services are 1h, 1h30, 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, 6h, 7h and 8h. A session of Amma Assis varies from 15 minutes to 45 minutes per person (for example, for 2 hours of service 3 to 8 people will be treated).
• The duration of the service must be at least 2 hours if it takes place more than 25 km from Grand Biterrois.
• A purchase order between the company and the company is established to validate the order. An invoice will be sent to the company at the end of the month. Payment of the invoice will be made either by credit card or bank check (payable to Target / Thomas du Réau sent to the address: Thomas du Réau, 4 rue cavée, 34290 Servian) or by bank transfer (RIB indicated on the bill).
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANT:
